Before using WorkBoard, you’ll need to take some configuration steps. If these steps are not taken, you’ll get an error when trying to open WorkBoard “Your Admin has not configured this Rocketship module yet.”

You need to configure the following settings in Rocketship Admin:

  • WorkBoard / Service Call Accepted Status. This is the status that Rocketship will set on a Service Call when an engineer clicks Accept on their Workboard.
  • WorkBoard / Service Call Declined Status. This is the status that Rocketship will set on a Service Call when an engineer clicks Decline on their Workboard.
  • WorkBoard / Service Call Declined New Ticket Status. This is the status that Rocketship will set on a Ticket when an engineer clicks Decline on a Service Call on their Workboard.
  • WorkBoard / Working Issue Now” Status. This is the status that Rocketship will set on a Ticket when an engineer clicks Start Work on their Workboard.

Rocketship uses these settings to properly route tickets and service calls to ensure visibility on the WorkBoard and for your management staff.
