Per Datto’s best practices for Autotask integrations, we only “refresh” the dropdowns, etc., for queues, issues, subissues, etc., every few hours. You can instruct Rocketshp to do a fresh faster if needed. Often, this is done if you are creating UDFs, creating new issues, queues, etc., to better work with Rocketship CRM Searches, etc.

  1. Log into Rocketship.
  2. Click on Autotask Connection in the top menu
  3. Click on Tools under the “Connection Stats” window
  4. Click on “Force Early Autotask Sync” in the Actions window on the right

The update may take 1-2 minutes.
