Appointment Booking Module
The new appointment booking module allows you to quickly schedule onsites, phone calls, advanced calendar events and calendar invites, all without ever leaving Autotask.
New Features in v1.0.10:
- Support for Project Tasks added to existing support for Tickets. You can now schedule work events for Tasks as easily as for Tickets in Autotask.
- Quickly book appointments, whether Phone, Onsite, or Advanced inside of Autotask Tickets.
- New service call sorting to make it easier for techs to work tickets by priority and SLA due date.
- New feature for “Sleeping” service calls allow you to schedule work in the future without it cluttering your tech’sWorkBoard. Sleeping events are not shown on the main WorkBoard for your team until they wake up. You can see them in the Sleeping tab at any time however.
