Need help? Have an idea for how we can do better?

  • Read the Knowledge Base. We have an extensive, and growing, Knowledge Base (KB). You can access it via our website or via this link.
  • Creating a Support Ticket. You can create a Support Ticket in the top-right toolbox in the Workboard or via the Support Form at our website.
  • Submitting Feature Requests. We love Feature Requests! A lot of the functionality of Rocketship is from FRs (you’ll hear us say FR since it’s short for Feature Request). You can open a FR via the toolbox at the top-right of the Workboard or through this link.
