Disabling Rocketship to make changes on closed tickets

If you’d like to disable Rocketship from making changes to closed tickets, you can do so by following the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Admin portal
  2. Go to Workflows -> Workflows Home
  3. Click on Defaults
  4. Macro Can Update Closed Tickets -> Set to No

Note: By disabling this, this will mean that Rocketship will NOT be able to make changes to a ticket even if you wanted to and have set it on a custom workflow.
